I am motivated and dedicated to promoting holistic individual health and community wellness and education on disease prevention. I am currently working in the health services as a Nutritionist, Homeopath and somatic educator.I have a proven strong work ethic and I especially enjoy empowering people to gain a better understanding of healthy lifestyle choices to maintain a balanced lifestyle.As a certified trainer for AGE-u-cate Australia, I facilitate enhanced compassionate care for people with dementia. This is done by creating increased awareness and understanding of living with Dementia for all concerned and then by providing tools specifically designed to educate professional staff and carers. Dementia Live®, Compassionate Touch® and Ageless Grace® are three programs aimed at significantly increasing the quality of life for people ageing or with cognitive impairments and for their carers.When I am not working I love to be with my family and friends sharing good wholesome food and enjoying a good laugh. My second love is dancing and singing outloud to my favourite songs. In the early morning, I love to stand barefoot on the grass and soak up the sun on my skin (time permitted) and I love to end my day by standing out in the dark staring up at the moon and the stars for a couple of minutes. Of course, my life would be unbearable without a strong espresso first thing in the morning (after my glass of warm water with lemon) and a beautiful glass of red wine in the evening.
