About Adele Haysom Mbe

A qualified management accountant with many years of experience I have now progressed these skills into School Governance and the Education sector.My designation as a National Leader in Governance has opened up many opportunities for me to work both within LSP and with multiple schools, academies and Trusts across the SW region, strengthening and developing school Governance. Experience has included completing External Reviews of Governance (ERG) commissioned by RSC, Trusts and Diocese of Bath and Wells. I also deliver training on effective Governance and have Chaired multiple Interim Boards during a period of rapid change.On the 12th June 2021 I was awarded a MBE in the Queens birthday Honours list for my Services to Education.
