Assisting with the collecting and sorting of daily incoming post.Responsible for taking phone calls from customers requiring claimforms. Inputting claim form requests.Making up claims folder to await return of claim form.Responsible for inputting and logging the claim form when receivedand sending acknowledgement letter to customer.Responsible for logging post received.Accountable for the daily location of files for which post has been received.Responsible for on a daily basis returning post to the appropriateparty.Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
