My passion is helping people discover their strengths and use those strengths to work through the internal blocks that prevent them from living life to their full potential. I love working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.I provide therapy for individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self esteem, lack of assertiveness, codependence and stress management. I also use a new technique called Brainspotting change- rapid change, immediate change and deep change as well as EMDR. I also am certified in Hypnotherapy.Are you struggling with learning how to balance meeting your needs first and others second without feeling guilty? I use CBT to assist in retraining negative thoughts that create anger, anxiety and depression. I am also a Registered Play Therapist for children and young as 3 yo and Sand tray therapy as well.
