Responsible for all faculty and staff involved in the delivery of all academic programs by ensuring faculty members are engaging students, fostering learning, role modeling professionalism, and ultimately producing competently trained students prepared for professional careers. Led and initiated development of new programs, facilitated cross-departmental coordination, monitored.Provided case management for students who did not meet educational requirements. Determined and enforced disciplinary actions and academic dismissals, approved re-entries, reviewed serious concerns/complaints, and managed student/faculty disputes. Resolved faculty, staff, and student grievances in a timely and equitable manner. progress, trained faculty, conducted classroom observation’s, and mentored faculty. Monitor program performance, worked with advisory boards and local employers to identify community needs, develop new courses and programs to meet community needs, ensure and manage compliance with accreditation -- SACS and program specific accreditations.
