• The role of the Commission and Tribunal Support Officer is to support the Executive Officer of the Liquor Commission, and additionally to assist the members of the Racing Penalties Appeals Tribunal.
• Managed the indexation and compilation of Liquor Commission (“the Commission) files, including liaison with multiple parties, preparation of correspondence and copying and collating files 1000’s of pages in length.
• Attended hearings of the Racing Penalties Appeals Tribunal (“the Tribunal”) in the role of Acting Registrar, including court room set up, greeting parties, assisting Members during the proceedings and management of.
• Responsible for the formatting and vetting of Commission and Tribunal determinations, the publication of these determinations on the relevant websites and the implementation and maintenance of a new online data base of.
• Assisted in the preparation of Annual reports for both the Commission and the Tribunal, including drafting case summaries and collection of relevant KPI data.
• Provided support to the Executive Officer in answering queries from members of the public, delivering information relating to various liquor and racing applications to customers, as well as liaising with WA Police.

• The role of a Law Clerk is to provide administrative support to the staff of the law firm as part of a small team. During my time in this role I also acted in the position of Settlements Clerk.
• Responsible for the lodgement of documents at various Courts, Banks and Organisations in Perth.
• Attended property settlements on behalf of the Property Team, including lodgement of documents at Landgate.
• Assisted legal staff with compilation of files and photocopying of legal documents.
• Responsible for the organisation of catering for staff events.
• Use databases including D&B, Landgate and Thompsons Online to locate case law, titles and business documents for staff of the law firm.
