As a Sales Expert, the main objective in this role is to create energy and excitement around Apple products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers' hands. The customer experience is crucial to ensure customers will develop lifelong relationships with Apple. This role has multiple tasks including engaging with customers, providing a high end and professional customer experience, providing troubleshooting solutions for customers and their devices, performing operator duties and giving customers solutions over the phone.I have taken on extra roles including mentorship to ensure all employees both new and existing are up to date with the latest resources and practices. I have also had to administer weekly presentations on focal points for the company. This entailed researching,planning and executing a focus for the team, but most importantly how it could be achieved and measured through customer experience.
