Responsible for all processes involved in sourcing, editing and publishing content on the Collateral Management System (CMS) which stores over 5,000 documents and supports 300 users. As a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, I draw on my extensive knowledge of projects, functions, company strategy and client requirements to generate reports, and develop and produce presentations and other work winning and marketing materials. A big part of the role has been development and maintenance of the CMS. This involved:• • Supporting the ‘designer’ of the system with learned experience• Interrogating, standardising and enhancing content such as project profiles, capability documents, evidence and model answers that are used in work winning and marketing to sell Laing O’Rourke’s value proposition• Facilitating workshops to storyboard functional approaches that created a set of baseline narratives • Trialling and testing meta data, upload and search requirements at every stage of CMS development using Excel, SQL and SharePoint• Creating a comprehensive user manual • Providing live training sessions and first line support for users of the CMS• Developing and managing processes to capture and maintain the flow of information from live projects, bid production, STBG and other functions• Leading, managing and coordinating over 80 site visits to interview key senior members of project delivery teams• Providing regular updates to the Head of Bid Production with collateral progress• Managing and coordinating design and formatting resources to develop content and marketing material • Building productive relationships with key internal subject matter experts in the development of content and working collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes• Developing a broad understanding of the major technical design and engineering topics within a given project Show less
