Started in the commercial department in 2006 - transporting and billing of bogies and wheelsets. Progressed to the Freight department in 2010 and with growth of the department supervised over 3 members of admin staff. Day to day dealing with customers and liaising with ground staff to meet customers needs. KPI reports and month end financial reports, analysing data, training staff and developing apps. In more recent years due to part time hours and restructuring / redundancies my job role is no longer supervisory. Currently looking for an opportunity to progress and increase my hours.

Front of house. Checking eligibility to work and interviewing candidates. Matching skill sets to open vacancies, carrying out inductions and general administrative support.

Started as the office junior and progressed to sales administrator and point of contact for the sister company. Main duties included checking stock and availability, quotes, and sales order processing.
