Provides strategic HR and talent support to HCA's Physician Services Group executives at a national, regional or multi-entity level, creating the desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCA’s policies, programs and practices. Actively partner as a senior member of the HR team, and directly involved in strategic activities. Utilizes processes and tools from HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers to provide direct local support for: Employee Relations and Engagement, including Diversity Initiatives; Compliance and legal issues related to patient care, safety, security, and performance; Organizational Design; manager and employee development; internal communications and Change Management; Compensation, Benefits, Employee Development, and other HR Center of Excellence initiatives.

Actively partner with Division Vice President, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to support business goals, effectively communicate Human Resources policies and procedures for division management and employees, lead enterprise and company-wide Human Resources initiatives, provide HR leadership within division, operations, management and executive teams

Consistent, proactive Human Resources leadership including Physician, Dentist, Nurse Practitioner, and support staff recruitment, active participant in new and established grants management process, annual workforce and budgets planning, collaborative work with site teams on provider productivity, staffing, and operational standards, employee benefits administration

Full life-cycle Human Resources Management and Development, including Physician and support staff recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation planning and implementation, employee benefits design and implementation, employment and organizational policy design and implementation, organizational compliance

Facilitated organizational and employee development and capability building, competency coaching, performance management system, administered salary administration plan, employee relation, developed leadership training programs, provided consultation to senior management regarding employment law

New employee recruiting and onboarding for both US and international employees, wage and salary administration progam, management training programs, creation and implementation of organizational and employee policies, employee relations and discipline, performance appraisal process management, benefits administration
