As the Recruiting Coordinator of Metlife Premier Client Group of New Jersey, I partner with the firm’s management team to develop and coordinate firm recruiting strategies and plans which includes: sourcing, selection, duediligence, licensing/registration, appointment and on-boarding. I participate in the business planning process to define a recruitment strategy to meet the Firm’s business goals. I act as a liaison with the Practice Development Group to utilize the selection tracking systems and to track candidate flow and efficiency using various recruiting sources.
