Walk down analysis of cost base spend v budget and previous forecast. Monthly creation of O’s and V’s against forecast• Assisting project managers in the preparation of proposals for investments in order for them to contain all relevant information to enable sign off at board level• Ownership of site fixed asset register, conducting verifications, additions and disposals• Preparation and analysis of monthly stock reports – introducing a dashboard for high level review• Creation and forecasting of monthly stock provision• Creation of monthly capital report, forecasting and analysing monthly spend• 5 Year forecasting for the site for headcount, cost base and estimated labour rates• Financial support to site manager
