I am a Sales / Account Manager with over of 20 years’ experience in sales roles which has allowed me to develop my skills in a B2B environment. This has predominantly been in the electronics industry but latterly I have taken an interim role as a Business Development Manager working for a company in the award and media sector.I would summarise my key skills as the ability to develop and implement a sales strategy while working to tight deadlines prioritising my work load to achieve the required results. I enjoy and excel at developing relationships both existing and new and I believe integrity, trust and honesty are the key to do this. My ability to negotiate and good commercial skills have developed over the years in some challenging environments such as Automotive, Military, Medical, Consumer, Manufacturing, Laboratory Equipment. My style is very much one of relationship building and consulting with the customers to ensure they get the exact service they require therefore I am looking for a position that allows me to do this. I have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within organisations and look as the sales process as very much an end to end supply of information as well of product or service. My roles in the power supply industry required a high level of technical knowledge to provide the best solution for the customers depending on their needs. Therefore, I am seeking a role which will allow me to continue to work in a challenging environment for a reputable business and be part of the strategic and tactical development of the organisation.
