Executive assistant duties and office administration which included diary management, formalising Exco agendas, minute taking of executive committee meetings, tracking, and following up of action items, filing, ordering of stationery, administer expenditure claims, screening incoming calls, emails and direct any client queries, complaints or leads to the relevant Managing Executives.Arranging all travel requests for Managing Executive which include flights, accommodation, transport both local and international.Events Coordinator which include the arrangements of CIB Exco, CIB leadership, quarterly CIB Connect staff updates, yearend functions and other adhoc events. Also assisting the Events team with external client events which include consolidated client lists, consolidated client briefs, order of events, agendas, and welcome/departure scripts.Assist in driving and implementing LGBTQi+ and DEI practices in the workplace.Communications and Media publications – assist with scripts and proof reading of all media and internal communications.Live Events and recordings – Assist with venue and background set up.
