I am a highly organised, creative and motivated professional with extensive experience in Quality Management and Customer Service. Most recently working as a System Analyst on a bespoke software system responsible for B2B sales and the technical provision to our client base in the contract hire sector. In this role I am involved in high-level strategy development and am responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within all our key decision makers in our current accounts, as well as developing new contacts and relationships. I have a BENG Hons in Engineering and this background has given me the technical expertise and I am a very analytical and detailed individual and feel I am very much a team player and can thrive in many different working environments. My daily routine would consist of working on my own detailing a report or writing a technical amendment to having a presentation or training session to a number of individuals. In addition I am also a registered Further Education Teacher with the Teaching council of Ireland and also am on a Part time register for the Southern Regional College which consist of over 8 campus’. My ability to adapt and change I feel broadens my personal development skills and I hope to continue to develop these skills in any potential role.
