I'm an award winning* freelance communicator specialising in social media, copywriting, journalism and public speaking. I specialise in leisure and luxury brands, with a career that ranges from writing about mountain biking in the Alps, to promoting the UK's best selling premium gin, reviewing spa treatments and writing and editing fashion brochures for print and online. But there's much more to what I do than singletrack and saunas: my work has explored wider subjects including women's health, sports psychology and motivation, and interviews with sportspeople including Dame Sarah Storey for titles including The Telegraph.I write for print, online, newsletters, promotional material, blogs and social media, and understand how to get the most out of each medium. I am currently freelance, and looking for commissions. Most recently I've successfully managed social media accounts for FINDRA clothing and Silent Pool Gin, building followers and engagement, and working with influencers.I also write my own blog www.adelemitchell.com and enjoy public speaking and presenting. I've hosted talks, participated in discussion panels at the NEC, and led public events for small and large groups. As a freelance copywriter I have written for Twentieth Century Fox, House of Fraser and M&S as well as numerous SMEs.Previously, I was an award winning* beauty editor at Just 17 when it was one of the biggest selling titles in the country, and I’ve written for The Telegraph, The Independent and many other national titles.
