• Drive and lead an end-to-end program for all of ADP Canada• Define and oversee multiple projects required to reach program objectives • Present status updates to SVP/VP level, lead conferences, and meetings• Develop strategy objectives, planning, risk management analysis and change management throughout the organization • Maintain relationship and budget responsibilities with 3rd parties • Lead and direct the Year End council team- a group of business leaders across ADP Canada to ensure their business is ready for Year End• Participate in a Payroll Service Provider Sub-Committee facilitated by the National Payroll Institution, in liaison with the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Quebec• Create, maintain, and curate content related to year end and legislation for various channels i.e. internal website and knowledge management solutions for associates, external website and communities for clients, client webinars, and training • Conduct business impact analysis, solutioning, and lead organizational readiness for year end and legislative changes • Track and prioritize year end requirements for ADP HCM products, provide requirements to global product teams, and lead the rollout of new features• Implement process improvements related to Year End and Legislation readiness and change management throughout the organization • Partner with Enterprise Learning teams to lead the planning and preparation of Year End training for ADP associates across Canada
