Ever since I was a little girl, the business environment has intrigued me. I still remember doing a school project that involved being an entrepreneur for a day, where we were asked to make goods and sell them. The pure excitement to start with the plan of what I was going to make, do the research to see if it would sell and then prepare for the big day and watch it be successful. The pure joy of this task has never left me and up until today I thrive on planning, strategising and then watching the plan be executed.I am a General Manager with over 10 years progressive experience in strategic planning and improving operational efficiency for the Real Estate industry. Able to quickly understand complex concepts, identify and solve problems, turn ideas into logical strategies, and implement systems that optimize productivity.
