Profile bio

About Adele Pearson

I am a downstream project leader responsible for planning and coordinating process development, optimization, and characterization activities to support progression of early and late phase antibody/biologics projects to develop a robust, scalable protein purification process. Experience includes technical transfer of processes to manufacturing sites, providing continued support during manufacturing, and supporting regulatory activities (i.e. regulatory submission authoring, responding to regulatory agency questions, etc.). My exposure to the different stages of product development, from discovery (Genetics Institute/Wyeth), early phase (Phase I; EMD Serono), and mid-late phase (Phase I-III & commercial; GSK) has allowed me an opportunity to appreciate the complexity and nuances of the progression of biologics projects. Every day is a new challenge and opportunity to problem solve. The rewards are when we’re able to develop a product that is life changing for a patient.

Listed skills include Elisa, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals, Drug Discovery, and 13 others.
