Hi! I’m Adele, the owner and photographer at By Adele (formerly Little black fox photography) . I grew up in Johannesburg, but now proudly call Cape Town my home.For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved photography and secretly dreamt of the day I would end up with a camera in my hand. Before I knew it that day came and I can say without a doubt that it was the best day of my life.I am a portrait, boudoir and lifestyle photographer that appreciates the raw reality of everyday life, the fleeting beauty of those moments, and I do my very best to capture these moments in the pictures I take.I believe that a photo should reflect the true emotions, fun and spontaneity of the day. I am a natural light photographer so I mostly shoot at outdoor location or well-lit indoor locations.I am a hopeless romantic and I love helping people capture the moments that can be kept for a lifetime of happy memories and moments that would otherwise be lost in time.I always do my best to ensure the shoot stays fun and light-hearted and appreciate the fact that a lot of trust is placed in a photographer as moments cannot be recreated. I am therefore very conscientious while behind the lens. My clients are my first priority and I will go out of my way to ensure that they are comfortable during a shoot.
