My role as Marketing Manager/ Bookkeeper & Payroll administrator at Groenland Wines:-Manage company's Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts.-Assist with farm's salary and fortnightly wages on Payroll.-Pastel Accounting: Invoicing, Payment reconciliations, extracting and compiling Financial Reports (General Ledger, Trial balance, Sales reports) , Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.-Pastel Point of Sale: Processing of sales, receipts & cash up.-Manage company SAWIS excise duties and levies monthly on Sars e-filing.-SAWIS documentation:Receipts & Removals documentation. -Farm Quarterly News Letter:Draft & Design.-Manage monthly/yearly competition entries and documentation.-Logistics: Manage stock levels for company's George, PE, JHB & CPT warehouses.-Events: Manage company event participation and organisation thereof.-Database management: Create company database and manage the content for use in marketing campaigns.-Employee's monthly EMP 201: PAYE, SDL & UIF payments on e-filling.-Harvest time wage calculations and payments.-Assist with company wine exports and documentation.-Work out monthly commission for sales reps.-Recon of monthly remittance advice for stores.-Stock control and recon for cellar stock and warehouse stock of wines weekly and monthly.
