To advise, guide and assist applications and enquiries into the bureau mainly with request for personal and employee crimnal record applications.

To manage the effective working of the admin office and processes within the depot. To manage the admin staff and local HR issues within and provide a regular and effective working staff level. To provide immediate costings and projected bonus payments were avail for performance and analysis meetings and ensure a regular and effective supply of vehicles and equipment. To work alongside and in conjunction with management of all levels and ensure an overall smooth, happy and effective running of the depot.

My first official employment, my little job whilst in college and an eye opening approach into the real world of employment. Working whilst studying I think set my work ethics in hard. Realising I enjoyed working and obviously earning and working with people from all walks of life was the start of my 'driven attitude.' This role was a real step up into what the real world outside of the protective school walls really are like. Selling of change and bingo tickets was surprisingly fast paced but the counting of the money and quickly working out levels of prize money against ticket sale profits was equally as fast but dealing with the angry, upset and anti social customers was the lesson I learnt the best and I feel fed me well and set me in extremely good stead for the role I fulfil to this day.
