I have been in the Australian workforce management field for 20 years, implementing and supporting Time and Attendance and Rostering solutions. I have worked with clients from many different industries, and for companies of varying sizes from small through to enterprise, across both Australia and New Zealand.I have knowledge of many industrial awards and EBAs, and have had exposure to many payroll systems while working with multiple workforce management applications including Kronos Workforce Central. Having worked as both a consultant and a client based system administrator, my experience enables me to both interpret client’s business requirements effectively, and then configure a solution that works with the capabilities but also constraints, of a given system. I’m passionate about accurate pay rule interpretation and configuration.
