• I am the Senior ERP Project and Implementations Manager managing a team of 5 project managers and 7 Technical and Application consultants.
• In addition to my managerial responsibilities am I responsible for all ERP Forensic Audits throughout our customer base, specialising in: Risk Assessment wrt security setups:o Firewalls,o Switches,o Routers,o Server.
• As Implementation Project Manager, I am responsible for the full life cycle of the ERP implementation, obtaining Customer Requirements by way of preforming JAD sessions, business process review sessions as well as.

• I am responsible for all user training on Epicor 9 financial modules, as well as giving 1st and 2nd line support to Epicor 9 users. The modules that I have extensive knowledge in are: General Ledger, Cash Management.
• Assist with the day to day transacting of Sales, Purchases, all Debtor and Creditor functions, reconciliation of bank statements, all general ledger functions.
• Ensure month end process integrity.
• Produce month end board pack reporting.

• I was responsible for all user training on Epicor 9 financial modules, as well as giving 1st and 2nd line support to Epicor 9 users. The modules that I have extensive knowledge in are: General Ledger, Cash Management.

• Conducting Business process design sessions. Understand the day to day business operations of my customer.
• Compiling design documents, these documents to form the basis for the implementation setup to follow.
• Setup and configure the software based on the design session.
• Conducting end user training.
• After implementation hand holding and on site assistance.
