• I am the Senior ERP Project and Implementations Manager managing a team of 5 project managers and 7 Technical and Application consultants.• In addition to my managerial responsibilities am I responsible for all ERP Forensic Audits throughout our customer base, specialising in: Risk Assessment wrt security setups:o Firewalls,o Switches,o Routers,o Server Room Environment,o External Access to compromised network and servers. Obtaining insight on any data manipulation i.e., deletion of financial records. User sign on information obtainable from transaction Logs and DB backups. Replicating of transactional data from DB backups. Confirming User sign-on and access rights.• As Implementation Project Manager, I am responsible for the full life cycle of the ERP implementation, obtaining Customer Requirements by way of preforming JAD sessions, business process review sessions as well as preforming the project management tasks of the implementation.• My Daily responsibilities include the following: Managing Customer Expectations and Communication, Problem Solving and Mentoring of junior project manager, Project Management of on-going projects, ( Epicor 9 World Bank Implementation Lesotho and Government of Malawi) Research and Technical assistance on customisations, Writing of Technical Specifications and Test Plans for Software Modifications, Compiling the Project Charter, Project Scope, Project as well as Kick Off meeting, Manage Project Deliverables wrt Costs and Recourses.

• I am responsible for all user training on Epicor 9 financial modules, as well as giving 1st and 2nd line support to Epicor 9 users. The modules that I have extensive knowledge in are: General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, CRM, Sales Management, Purchase Management and Inventory.• Assist with the day to day transacting of Sales, Purchases, all Debtor and Creditor functions, reconciliation of bank statements, all general ledger functions.• Ensure month end process integrity.• Produce month end board pack reporting.

As senior financial consultant, my role on an implementation project would be, the Lead of the financial implementation team.Tasks associated with the Lead Financial Consultant Role were:• Conducting Business process design sessions. Understand the day to day business operations of my customer.• Compiling design documents, these documents to form the basis for the implementation setup to follow.• Setup and configure the software based on the design session.• Conducting end user training.• After implementation hand holding and on site assistance.
