➢ Manage team members tracking the FT/CC/AD schedule (including material schedule/quality of sample, workmanship /fitting, whole outlook) to make sure all sample are reached customer/designer’s requirement before send out.➢ Following up the correcting before going forward CC sample if buyer/designer has any comments on lots sample stage;➢ Monitor fit trial and full size /cut die with technician together, help factory and avoid potential problem before production.➢ Guidelines and assist team member for their daily work.➢ Evaluate factories /suppliers’ performance monthly and year performance as well. Training factory /supplier and transmit brand trend and standard to them.➢Assign job task and balance team workload➢Work cross different department/factories/suppliers for the LS/FRS/FT/CC/MOLDS material problems➢Assure factories and QA receive clear instruction on how to make samples and follow through with production➢Assure factories and QA have clear standards and ranges to follow in production, reduction in claim rate➢Leading the team toward the same goal active sample on time rate➢Training coordinators get better professional skills and improve work efficiency➢Support and execute the task form upper management

➢ According to the fashion trend of judgment, the combination of market factors in product design and development.➢ Plan as a whole of foreign exhibition and canton fair development program, include shoe design, select upper and outsole materials and color scheme.➢ Create sample spec and make correction for prototype, tracking develop samples on time for show. Attend the show and working with buyer.

➢ In charge of CIRCA JOAN&DAVID brand’s product develop and CFM sample.➢ Work with designer for spec detail and select color swatches, make sample spec together. communicate with Vendor, push prototype and ensure prototype is match sketch and brand trend;➢ Help vendor push material, check material color and quality .tracking sales sample on time for the shoe show.➢ Push Vendor the schedule of CFM sample, checking sample quality and outlook. make sure all CFM samples are reached customer/designer’s requirement

➢ Manage one team from development to production.➢ Guide team member for their daily work and help to solving problem.➢ Monitor the production schedule and working with relevant departments to ensure ship out shoes on time.➢ Evaluate factory's performance and their capacity

➢ Working together with technician for the Tech1, pushing full size/cutting die, check together regarding the blue print, and paper pattern/Last grading.➢ Clarify spec detail with buyer, check all of the sample material before making confirmation sample and help factory to push supplier.➢ Tracking confirmation sample; Visit factory to ensure the quality of confirmation sample so that factory have enough time for their production line.

➢ Working in development sample of NINE WEST division,➢ Once received sketch from designer, working with last department for the last.➢ Select appropriate factory to develop sample.➢ check prototype‘s shape, and tracking sample material and push samples to catch shoe show.➢ Work with Technician of the Fitting sample and make correction to factory.➢ Check the detail and quality of confirmation sample. Chase confirmation sample on time to avoid production delay➢ Then transfer to Commercialization team, working with FT, CC sample and checking sample material to ensure the samples on time and good quality.

Follow up the schedule of the sample and materials. ensure the quality of the samples, communicate with customer.
