At Springfield Woolen Mills, responsible for driving the marketing, promotion, and revitalization of a historic mixed-use complex dating back to 1903. Collaborating closely with Southern States Construction, we are working towards the transformation of this space into a versatile venue capable of accommodating groups ranging from 10 to 1000+ individuals. This comprehensive renovation encompasses diverse elements, from an upscale destination restaurant to a three different sizes of event venue spaces, boutique hotel and retail areas. My role involves fostering strategic relationships with potential partners, clients, and businesses, while simultaneously overseeing critical marketing facets, including website development, social media strategies, email campaigns, branding initiatives, and SEO optimizations. Additionally, I manage the operational budget for catering and special events, projecting income, and implementing an all-encompassing marketing plan.

In my capacity as Executive Director, I orchestrated the entire spectrum of operations for the NorthCrest Medical Center Foundation. A pivotal aspect of my role involved driving the mission of the Foundation, channeling efforts toward fundraising, projects, and program enhancements through grant writing, annual giving campaigns, and strategically planned major events. As a steward of the Foundation's vision, I consistently monitored and executed the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with objectives and transparent reporting to the Foundation Board of Directors. My leadership extended to overseeing every facet of event management, encompassing marketing, underwriting, graphic design, volunteer coordination, vendor engagement, silent and live auctions, as well as seamless execution. Notable among these were a black-tie gala attended by 400 individuals, a 30-team golf tournament, an impactful themed dinner hosting 500 attendees for Hospice, and an outdoor family movie event. I coordinated the allocation of donations to a local cancer patient fund, spearheaded health educational luncheons, and secured funding for the annual Camp TAG (Teaching About Grief) Camp, which supports children who have lost parents. I played a vital role in employee fundraising programs that facilitated much-needed facility renovations and introduced innovative amenities, such as a coffee, tea, and smoothie bar. Overseeing the hospital’s auxiliary, recruitment of 82 Volunteers and Chaplains, and orchestration of auxiliary fundraisers, blood drives, appreciation luncheons, and related events, I was dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community and support.
