Current- Answer Level 1 and 2 support calls by phone and emails.
- Troubleshooting Outlook issues/anti-virus/VPN issues/Printer issues and set-up, process voice mail on phone and account password resets, and set up email on cell phones.
- Create and resolve tickets in Triole Ticketing System.
- Process Off-Boarding accounts (deleting users no longer with company).
