Contract role involving monitoring of existing infrastructure loans, including writing credit reviews, running models, processing loan approvals and waivers. Transactions included UK PFI/PPP, Middle Eastern power and asset finance.

I joined DBRS Europe Ltd in 2006, a start-up rating agency, as Manager of Structured Corporate Securitisations and Infrastructure Ratings, building a team, and setting strategy, achieving 6 rating mandates in our first year. We differentiated our risk assessments through the development of bespoke models for each deal, given to investors so they could test/run with alternative assumptions, and providing a 4D view on risks (e.g credit, market, operational and liquidity).

Between 2002-6, I was a Team Leader for International Public Finance Ratings, in charge of social infrastructure/PFI, universities, healthcare and local government and charity sectors in the UK and Netherlands.
