I have over 8 years’ experience of working in the social housing sector in Wales.I have 13 years working in a Human Resources and Learning and Development roles, and have worked in HR in Further Education and Central Government.I have worked for 8 years as a Senior HR Advisor at Monmouthshire Housing Group where I am responsible for all generalist HR matters liaising with all levels of staff. I currently lead a small, highly motivated and talented team at Monmouthshire Housing Association to deliver legally compliant HR advice. At MHA we also focus on the Health and Wellbeing of our colleagues and we run successful campaigns around Health and Wellbeing issues The team also has responsibility for the HR of MHA’s trading subsidiary Capsel.
