I founded The Concierge Collective in 2006 as a luxury personal concierge company supporting individuals (B2C) and corporations (B2B2E) across Australia.From the outset I was responsible for developing the overall business and brand strategy as well as identifying our space within the Australian marketplace, one which was very unfamiliar with personal concierge services.My team, which grew to 12, delivered services to Australia’s business elite, including basic tasks such as diary management, travel, bill payments through to organising events on private islands and complex holiday itineraries. Our global network of vendors and connections has enabled us to deliver anything, anywhere, anytime.

Neue Luxury is a luxury media and experience business that connects the worlds most coveted brands with the next generation of luxury consumers.Neue Experience is a new venture within Neue Luxury. In my position as Director I was primarily responsible for sourcing, curation and preparation of once-in-a-lifetime luxury experiences for delivery to guests across fashion, art, architecture, gastronomy, adventure and culture.I was also responsible for the development of the administrative and operations systems pertaining to the execution of experiences, crafting agreements and brokering engagements with Vendors, This deliverable achieved through leveraging well established relationships with iconoclasts and vendors globally.

I was responsible for the identification, development and execution of all business strategies and operations, developing business models, recruitment/sales of memberships, creation of conferences and professional support/mentorship to members.iCALM created and received ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) accreditation for the Diploma of Personal Concierge Services, the only accredited training of its type in the world. The learning framework and content was entirely written by my co-founder and me.
