This is the reason why, after my bachelor's degree, I decided to attend the Master of Innovation Management (MAIN), at the University of Trento and at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa. This Master provides national and international students with an advanced education focused on innovation management, practical experience and personal skills. It implements knowledge of innovation processes across sectors, a quantitative approach, and exposure to a mix of cultures of the world. In 2020, I graduated in Economics and Management at the University of Trento. During those years I approached the study of economics, management and mathematical-statistical disciplines. I developed skills and conceptual knowledge that allowed me to master the tools of economic analysis. In 2019, I participated in the Erasmus+ programme at "University of the West of Scotland", Paisley (UK), for 4 months. This experience gave me the opportunity to improve my English, to work in a team with people from different cultures and backgrounds and to grow on a personal level. In the same year I also took part, as Team Leader, in the "Job Experience Studio Marketing NEST 2019", whose purpose was the creation of a Strategic Marketing Plan for NEST student residence. The project produced a study of the university hospitality's context in the city of Trento and a communication plan for the strategic development of the student residence. I work well in team, bringing enthusiasm and positivity.
