This resulted in a 15% increase in admissions per month, equated to over $4 million in EBITDA per year.  Lead strategic role in selection of Nix Health as the provider of choice for full service retirement community; Independent Living, Assisted Living, SNF, and Memory Care. Orchestrated development and start-up of an on­site primary care/specialty clinic.
