Project Lead for the “Licensing Renewal Initiative” project. Implemented reporting program that tracked inactive national agents/brokers. Used as a proactive measuring tool to determine the renewal of licenses for the purpose of saving the organization money. Project was submitted to the 2011 AXA Innovation Committee and received an honorary mention. Actively collaborated with the Business Analysis Center of Excellence team to develop a production support requirements gathering and documentation process that was consistent and repeatable across all IT organizations.Developed standardized language and format for communicating system statuses to improve intra-IT unit communication and expeditious resolution of system defects. Accomplished a 15-20% reduction of Critical and Major System defects.

Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Process owner for New Business Front End applications system. Developed disaster recovery plan and coordinated procedures for cross-platform IT systems to assure full functionality of major business applications and systems during a disaster. Automated monitoring of business applications by creating scripts to track performance of cross platform systems and assure system availability during the online day. Assisted senior management in defining potential systems for future BAC (Business Availability Center) monitoring projects.

Designed, analyzed, developed, coded, debugged, validated, and implemented new programs. Revised existing programs and systems to meet strategic business plans of the Equitable to satisfy specific business needs of the Financial Product Office and Reinsurance Administration areas, in particular, and other areas as required.
