Quality Assurance Manager
CurrentSome of my duties: 1- Comprehending the latest methodologies, regulations and standards of quality assurance and sharing the latest training and updates with coworkers.2- Drafting, planning and developing the quality assurance policies and procedures, and monitoring their efficiency.3- Directing inspections and quality audits appropriately at different stages of the production, addressing non-compliances to improve the quality of final products in support of policies for gaining customer satisfaction.4- Assessing the adequacy of quality assurance standards.5- Invent and implement monitoring tools and methods to capture, analyze and report the quality assurance data.6- Providing appropriate training to employees in order to understand the improvement opportunities, including but not limited to the processes, procedures, and products in accordance with the quality assurance strategies.7- Conducting research and recognising and applying the required quality assurance standards, certificates and codes.8- Supervising and advising on the preparation of the required documentation and reports of quality assurance policies, audits, system procedures, efficiency of the management system and the areas of improvements.
