Working within the four person HR team that manages Irby Electric's associates and their development within their tenure has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my lifetime! I work directly with the recruitment of all future associates and often find myself speaking with a variety of amazing personalities, whether they are job seekers, new hires, or extremely tenured associates.
