• Knowledge of design codes and standards applicable for Pipe Stress Analysis design work.
• Identify di erent stress packages through review of P&IDs / Line Designation tables.
• Knowledge of stress analysis software’s like Caesar 2, it’s applicability and interpretation.
• Performs piping flexibility analysis (static and dynamic) for critical piping systems during preliminary design and detailed design phase of Project
• Perform analysis for sustained, thermal and multiple operating cases, occasional (viz winds, seismic, relief, hammer etc.).

Projects & Experience:1. Wastewater Treatment Plants (Domiat): - Handle tender documents and prepare a technical offer for the WWTP.- Preparation of overall cost estimate. Cost Estimate Analysis.- Review and determination of Material Take Off (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).- 3D modeling and piping for plant shop drawing using AVEVA E3d and SOLIDWORKS/.

Responsibilities:- Materials selection for process units including corrosion allowance calculations.- Material selection and requirements for sour services.- Calculation of catholic protection for offshore jackets and pipelines.- Corrosion mitigation technique including chemical injection & corrosion coatings
