I am a lawyer with a broad legal and commercial background from Statoil within renewable energy and oil&gas. I have now teamed up with my partner Thomas Os and together we offer general legal advice with special competence within the energy and real estate sectors. Legal 500 (2018) report that "Adele Os ... is highly regarded for her offshore wind knowledge."In 2017 I was an Energy Partner in DLA Piper Norway and headed up the energy team there. From 2013-2016 I worked 3-4 years in managerial commercial positions in Statoil, a.o as Asset Manager and Company Secretary for Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm, a large offshore wind farms (402MW) under construction in UK and owned by Statoil (35%), Statkraft (30%) and Masdar (35%). Before that I worked in Statoil Legal for 7 years with transactions, company law, techology development and construction of projects within renewables (such as offshore and onshore wind, geothermal, carbon capture and storage, biofuel and hydrogen) and oil&gas. Prior to Statoil and Hydro I worked in an independent law firm for 6 years within a broad range of disciplines.
