I am a learning leader with over 25 years’ experience in talent and organizational development in both the public and private sectors. I believe that Talent Development is a noble profession, in that our work enables individuals and the organization as a whole to achieve their highest potential. I recognize that we are only as good as the people that do the work, and we all do the work. My role is to create the environment, set the direction, communicate clarity of purpose, and foster the inspiration for everyone to do their best work. My values are dedication, compassion, integrity, fairness, trust, and performance. I specialize in building close-knit teams that drive multiple layers of success across the entire organization. I oversee many training programs: onboarding, job skills, policy and procedure, technical, personal and professional development, and leadership development. I have been fortunate to speak and write on the national stage, and to be on the advisory boards for the CLO Exchange and Corporate Learning Network. I am proud to have been selected as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Arizona for 2022.
