Prior to consulting, she held Chief People Officer and executive roles at Clique Brands, Riot Games, JP Morgan Chase, Reformation, and TechsStyleOS. Adele is a board member with Women Founders Network and an advisory board member with All Voices, PeopleTech Partners, Abstract, Strive (acq by Franklin Covey) and Roots (acq by Deel). Adele’s work integrates cultural anthropology, psychology, and holistic well-being. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Western Washington University. Adele is a Chopra certified holistic Ayurvedic coach, holds advanced certifications in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and in Somatic Embodiment from the Strozzi Institute.
