About Andrés Delfino

I'm an autodidact. I love learning and doing research, and it comes easy to me. I study the tools and technologies I use in depth to leverage them. I have even gone as far as learning a bit of an ancient programming language (Clipper) to get things done better, when no one else in my team did any coding.I like sharing knowledge, experience, ideas, suggestions, and constructive criticism on a daily basis. I'm not embarrassed to ask what I don't know, and do my best on making clear and concise questions.I don't let stress block me when issues arise.I've learned that knowing the right people is as crucial as understanding my own tasks.I believe it to be very important to work with continuous improvement in mind, opting to build simple, rough prototypes that can be iterated upon quickly. I try hard to gather early feedback from all parties involved so I can come up with the right solution for the problem at hand.
