• Ensure data completeness and performed daily reconciliation.• Proactively communicate to other parties both external & internal in case of exceptions.• Prepare daily reminder report to each PFAK (Pedagang Fisik Aset Kripto) related to their compliance status with PERBA regulation from regulator (BAPPEBTI).• Prepare daily compliance report for all registered PFAK to regulator (BAPPEBTI).• Ensure all PFAK were comply with PERBA regulation from BAPPEBTI.• Manage and fulfill adhoc request to Ops Team Leader.

-Execute Payments for all transactions based on guidelines and ensure completeness and accuracy-Coordinate with Internal and Vendors for confirmation payment-related-Maintain and monitor bank accounts-Record incoming payments from customers-Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding balances-Maintained accurate and up-to-date financial records, projection, and suggestions, including transactions, invoice, receipts, and expenses systematically.-Create daily, weekly and monthly financial report-Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions-Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry tasks as needed-Support in providing ad hoc reports or documents-Optimize the operations in Gravel Materials Business Unit
