I created and currently manage an international Field Visit program that collaborates with individuals, marketing professionals, and cross-functional teams within Heifer International to fulfill philanthropic goals or content needs. Heifer International's field visit program creates around 10-20 customized itineraries and experiences annually in support of clearly defined philanthropic goals. Critical skills to my success in this position are my ability to build relationships that allow me to bring the appropriate stakeholders to the table, identify their needs, define scope and budget, lead them through a manageable timeline, create a culture of transparency and communication, create appropriate systems and processes, and continuously improve through follow up. I also help build bridges with donors and our work through the creation of branded materials that communicate project data, project activities, and share project progress with multiple stakeholder organizations and individuals.
