Performed QA functions for the Vaccine Drug Product processing area; provided real time quality impact support, investigation support, review and approval of master records, and ensured timely release of conforming Drug Product, upholding GMPs as well as timely completion of non-conformance investigations reports with effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).

Provided climbing education and safety instruction, authored an operations manual, oversaw inventory and purchasing, and trained over 15 new employees.

Applied Sustainability Group is a start up aimed at engaging businesses and their employees in sustainability initiatives. I managed the development of the Sustainable Business Challenge initiatives, the foundation of ASG. The sustainability initiatives consist of environmental best practice actions used to motivate and engage employees of client companies in the triple bottom line. I used social research studies to design, format, and incentivize these sustainable best practices and to create a straight-forward, detailed list easy enough for a beginner or seasoned sustainability professional to follow. Categories consisted of Energy Efficiency, Solar, Transit, Resource Optimization, Recycling and Waste Reduction / Waste Management, Water Conservation, Biophilic Environment, Community Involvement, Social Sustainability, Landscaping, Food, Purchasing Practices and more.Other projects include content creation for a fundraising campaign, business partner development, and the design of ASG's mobile app. Additionally, I researched and listing job openings to the subscriber only sustainability job board: http://www.sustainobility.biz

The Northern Grapes Project is funded by the USDA’s Specialty Crops Research Initiative Program of the National Institute for Food and Agriculture. Michigan State's Department of Community Sustainability was employed to conduct social and economic research to aid the new variety of grape in the market. The MSU team looked at wine tourism in the northern United States through profiling tasting room visitors, understanding collaboration in the wine industry, wine tourism and consumer behavior. Through social research methods, MSU created a Winery Tasting Room Visitor Satisfaction survey, used to look at social media and the way it is used with tourism.My responsibilities:Organized winery partners for the Visitor Tasting Room Survey over the course of three months. Aided in writing and distributing survey. Coordinated all contact with wineries. Programs used- Qualtrics, MS Suite programs, and SPSS.Managed the Winery Owner Survey from creation to data report - obtained an 86% response rate. Conducted program evaluation on MISA’s "Cold is Cool" & presented results at the Northeastern Recreation Research Symposium (NERR).

Carried out daily laboratory duties in an in vitro Toxicology Lab using Good Laboratory Practices and Standard Operating Procedure driven protocols to keep strict daily logs.Assisted toxicologists with assays.
