Architectural and Construction Documentation for a variety of projects as residential, commercial, affordable housing, hospitality and public space utilizing the implementation of Revit Architecture features in drafting and visualization.

• Responsible for observation, coordination and reporting on the daily basis on assigned design-build project the field operational activities with the management team of ESI Package 4 –NYC subway stations.• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations of OHL North America.• Coordinate the in-coming and out-going Project Correspondence, Project Documents with the designer, client and the construction team on field.• Engage the work of all involved sub-contractors at the pre-construction and construction phase organized by weeks/days/shifts of intense work at the station.• Coordinate and schedule the work to achieve completion by the date stated in the agreement contract (Completion Schedule). • Survey all the site conditions, inspect, monitoring and arrange all the technical services necessary to complete the work. • Responsible for finalizing the Punchlist items and active field work after completing the project on time; Close out meetings to follow and correspondence with the designer and RE/CCM.

• Work on the ESI4 (Enhanced Station Initiative/ five trains stations) to integrate the new design, improve and maximize the efficiency of the five Manhattan subway train stations• Coordinate and schedule the work to achieve completion by the date stated in the agreement contract•Survey all the site conditions, inspect, monitoring and testing all the technical services necessary tocomplete the work.• Reporting to Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure the orderly and prompt progress of thedesign and its on-site implementation.• Ensuring that all the materials and the equipment used in the project are according to the specifications and meets the requirements as per contract with the NYCT• Accountable for the quality of work and site staff performance on assigned projects in accordance with engineering standards and NYC Transit standards, guidelines and procedures.

• Work with design principal to develop inventive and cost-effective design solutions in retail (including KWFL Store, Harry’s of London Showroom) and residential projects (high-end unit at 432 Park Ave).• Develop architectural construction drawings, sketches, layouts, and details that effectively communicate and document design intent.• Participate in project meetings with client and document meeting outcomes.• Collaborating with designers/architects, subcontractors and project manager to meet the project timeline and schedules as intended.• Cooperation with dealers and vendors of North America furniture market, as well as the Europe-based factories to convert the designed interiors close to the client.• Drafting in 2D&3D format by modeling with computerized tools and estimating for each of trade products of the company.

• Maintained client relationship by conducting progress meetings and prepare presentations, project schedules and tracked all designer's RFI. • Estimated cost & carried out procurement process on new residential projects• Assisted the architectural designer on drafting of floor plans and elevations, 3D model renderings, and the furniture selection process• Communicated with suppliers and manufacturers on purchasing items, processed orders and scheduled deliveries.

• Supervising the allocation and restrictions of construction permits and the legitimacy of construction firms operating in Tirana.• Conducting site visits to evaluate and assess proposed developments and new constructions activities of the city of Tirana.• Inspecting job sites to ensure developments were being constructed in adherence to projected drawings, specifications and building codes.• Responsible in daily reports given regarding the legitimacy of the construction site/building during periodical inspections.

• Assisting and designing with AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3DSMax and Photoshop to prepare construction drawings, specifications and contract documents required for construction permit approval.• Assisting on project and technical detail revisions for plan in the construction phase.• Involved in preparation on shop drawing for the residential upcoming projects and presenting them to design meetings.
