During the summer period I was in charge of answering all the questions of the visitors about the Parisian monuments and history visible from the top of the tower.This internship was one of the "volunteers of tourism" launched by Valérie Pecresse to make the many visitors of Pais Ile de France more comfortable.

For 3 months I was in charge of customer relations within the shop and to propose adequate solutions to their problems in a short time. I was also assigned to telephone satisfaction surveys in order to ensure a follow-up of the services with the customers. I also help at the support department in busy moments.

For a school project we wanted to give visibility to the JOTT shop that had just opened by offering them an event during one day in correlation with a Vespa association while respecting the instructions of JOTT France.In charge of the administrative management (town hall, head office, Dijon Vespa association)

As a sales assistant, I was in charge of taking care of the clients' requests for their seminar, dinner/banquet in order to provide them with the best possible service. This internship allowed me to gain more confidence in myself and in my ability to coordinate different services. The 5 star hotel business allowed me to adapt quickly to the demands of a demanding clientele.
