- Perform and maintain full set of accounting functions and records (5 companies – active, 2 companies – dormant).- Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports- To assess accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards of the reports- Avoiding outstanding expenses and managing the petty cash- Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments- Making use of technology to develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems- To assign and train the junior accounting clerks.- Handling more than 10 current account bank reconciliation- Ensure accurate and timely closing and integrity of financial statement and audit schedule, company tax computation and submission.- Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other statutory bodies.- In charge of inter-company billing and reconciliation, stock count and adjustment.- Undertake special assignment and perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.- Monitor tenants checklist- Handle Singapore company full set account, tax submission and GST submission- Handle Malaysia GST submission - Implement and liaise with vendor of Point of Sales and Autocount- Prepare and submit staffs’ appraisal to superior- Handle loan/opening bank account application- Prepare monthly cash flow statement and monthly profit & loss account by outlets
