Adeline acts in a wide range of commercial matters. She has acted at all levels of the Singapore courts and in arbitrations in relation to complex commercial disputes. She has acted in corporate disputes, investment-related disputes, company and shareholder disputes, tenancy disputes, employment disputes, cross-border disputes, and crisis management matters. She has also advised individuals and companies on their regulatory and professional obligations.Adeline is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese, and has acted for clients in, among other areas, Japan, China, Hong Kong and the South-East Asian region. She has a particular focus on the Japanese market, and has advised Japanese clients on legal issues arising from their business interests in South-East Asia.Adeline graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Nottingham. Prior to reading law, she obtained an honours degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, and was an auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm.
