I am a 24 year-old MSc Counselling & Psychotherapist trainee at Bangor University, and set to graduate in the year 2025. I would love to describe myself as a very passionate and fully dedicated person about mental health. Striving to become a mental health professional and commit into making lives better by attentive listening and counselling skills. I am also creative and innovative in designing online materials, managing social medias, content creation and an effective team worker. I love working with people and children! In the long run, I also see myself committing into the mental health industry, helping many people and giving support on their mental wellbeing.
