Operational Helpdesk Manager
Current- Manage and oversee the Business Operations Service Teams as we track and execute technical update and solutions while serving as a lead on organizational change management group.
- Initiate and manage SLAs/OLAs/KPIs for resolutions of trending issues
- Produce and manage audit programs for issue resolution timeliness and quality assurance
- Advocate and engage with dependent outside vendors on development, production support and data quality
- Monitor team performance and new system processing to provide regular analysis and reports to executive management
