I lead our Company Retreat committee, which brings all of our employees from around the country to Milwaukee once a year for a service activity, annual business update, and team-building events. I'm active in our Continuus Cares committee, whose mission is to educate our employees and others on the needs of those around us, build relationships with the community, provide our employees with volunteer opportunities that match their passions and skills, and support our communities using our time, funds, and connections. ⌓ I am also the owner of Adeline Margaret, a Calligraphy and Creative design firm that creates custom wedding and event stationery and signage. I founded AM in 2016 and handle every aspect of the business, from the less-than-exciting financial and entrepreneurial activities behind the scenes to curating and creating custom designs for my clients. AM is a Premier Bride Trusted Vendor and has been featured in and recognized by Wisconsin Bride Magazine for Editor's Pick, Best New Calligrapher in 2018; Editor's Pick, Best Invitation in 2022; and Best Calligraphy/Signage Finalist for 6 consecutive years (2019-2024).
